President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has given a heartfelt congratulatory message to two British-Nigerians who have been recently sworn in as mayors in London.
In a press release issued on Wednesday and signed by the Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on information and Strategy, Tinubu praised them for “sustaining the legacy of good works by Nigerians in the diaspora”, saying their success shows positive impact Nigerians in diaspora continue to make.
The president also commended them for embodying values such as honesty, integrity, hard work and commitment to public service.
