Chelsea, on Wednesday, announced transfer deals for two players, Lesley Ugochukwu and Marc Guiu.
The Blues in a separate statement on their website, announced that Ugochukwu has completed a permanent transfer to Premier League side Burnley.
Guiu left Stamford Bridge for Sunderland on a season-long loan.
Ugochukwu had joined Chelsea from French Ligue 1 side Rennes two years ago
The midfielder made 15 appearances for the Premier League west London club in his first season.
The Frenchman later joined Southampton on loan for the 2024/25 campaign.
Guiu, meanwhile, will continue his development at the newly-promoted club Sunderland. The 19-year-old striker made 16 appearances for Chelsea last season after arriving from Barcelona
