ACTRESS KATE HENSHAW SAYS CRUMBLING IN NIGERIA, NOTHING TO CELEBRATE

Nigerian actress and activist, Kate Henshaw, has expressed sadness over the state of the nation.
Henshaw said there was nothing to show for Nigeria’s 26 years of uninterrupted democracy, stating that the country’s democratic experience means nothing to majority of the people in the country.
The actress made her feelings known in a chat with newsmen yesterday
The actress was of the view that there was nothing to celebrate in terms of the longevity of democratic rule if it continues to fall short of addressing citizens’ needs.
