FCTA THREATENS TRAFFIC OFFENDERS IN ABUJA, SAYS VEHICLES WILL BE IMPOUNDED

The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, has threatened a crackdown on motorists violating traffic laws in Abuja.
FCTA Transportation Secretariat warned that motorists caught driving against traffic and violating traffic lights in Abuja risk their vehicles being impounded.
The agency said.Such offenders will also be prosecuted at the mobile court,
This warning was disclosed in a statement by the Director of the Directorate of Road Traffic Services (DRTS), Abdulateef Bello.
Bello said the FCT Road Transport Regulations 2023 frowns against traffic offences.
